What Are The Symptoms Of Miscarriage?

I had a doctor perform a urine pregnancy test on June 19th before an essure implantation...on june 21 I had a hcg, serum qualitative test performed which came back indeterminable...ihad to go retake the test on july 3rd it came back positive...I was just informed of that today...so I went and bought a home pregnancy test and it turned out negative...is it possible I had a miscarriage? I looked up symptoms of a miscarriage and I had all of them
