What Are The Symptoms Of Sun Rash?

i recently had a sunburn ontop of my thighs just under my waste line. basically where underwear would cover. The sun burn went away 2 days ago, and i just noticed this morning when i went to the bathroom these really tiny red bumps that werent there before. The sunburn was itchy so i ofcourse scratched it. I think causing these little red bumps. Is this sun rash?
