What Are The Tiny Bumps On My Son's Face?

Hi Doctor, We recently discovered these tiny bumps on our 6 year old son's face. A few of them first appeared under the corners of his eyes. They don't bother him (not itchy or painful). Then, I saw them spread on his right cheek. What could they be? I asked his Dr. and she said they are signs of eczema? My older son has eczema but, they don't look anything like my 6 year old's.
