What Are The Treatment And Side Effects Of PCOS?

Hi! I have PCOS, age 33, and usually have cycles ranging from 33-45 days. I'm on day 45 now and for two days have had light pink "spotting" only noticeable after using restroom. Took a pregnancy test this morning (we are trying to conceive) and result negative. Is there still a chance I could be pregnant? I don't "feel" a period coming on and have never had this type of "spotting" before. What is your suggestion?
