What Can I Do For My Diarrhea When I Am Having My Period?

Hi,
I have Periodontitis and I should take largopen 1000mg which contains Amoxicillin Trihydrate. But I am in menstural cycle. This is the first day of my period. I haven't used it yet. So, does it effect my period and what can I do for my diarrhea?
