What Can Be Cause For Shivering In Hands And Rapid Heart Beat?

For the last two months I have been taking a reaction on my body and face . I am not sure if it is alcohol related or food related. My upper body and legs go very blotchy and then joins into one massive rash . This has happened twice this month to me, and it affects my breathing. It happened on Sat and I took too much salbutamol to get my breating going that my body became very shake and my pulse and heartbeat were racing..what would be causing this
