What Can Be Expected From Prolactin Serum, Thyroid Serum, FSH And Lh Levels While Experiencing Irregular Menstruation?

I missed my periods from aug but then after takin some homepathic medc in oct it came within a week.... now from november onwards till date it hasnt come. doct adviced me to take mendate 10 medc twice a day for 7 days and have been taking it also... she told me to leave it aftr 7 days and then the periods will come within another 7 to 10 days... Though i am glad that they hav come but i am worried about what the test say... Tests Prolactine serum- 24.74 ng/ml Thyroid serum- 5.37 Fsh - 0.52 mlU/ml Lh- 3.13 mlU/ml

Hello,

You may have less FSH levels it may seen along with old age or perimenopause.Other possibilities like pituitary failure or estrogen or progesterone secreting tumors.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.
