What Can Be The Cause For Pain In The Left Hand?

I am 42 yr old and getting BP madicine from 5-6 years, all the time I feel pain in left hand; I have gone all doctors advised tests i.e. ECG, TMT & Echo but all the tests are fine, some times I feel sudden pain in my left side just below ribs and sholder when I release air from lungs. But I feel some gases when I face pain. I have quit smoking and nonveg at all.
