What Can Be The Cause For Pain In The Left Hand?

I am 42 yr old and getting BP madicine from 5-6 years, all the time I feel pain in left hand; I have gone all doctors advised tests i.e. ECG, TMT & Echo but all the tests are fine, some times I feel sudden pain in my left side just below ribs and sholder when I release air from lungs. But I feel some gases when I face pain. I have quit smoking and nonveg at all. Using very less oil, spicy food Medicines are Morning Tazloc Trio 40 Feburic 40 Evening Roseday Amxicool 0.5 With above medicines my BP stands on 130/90 or 140/90 Lipid report (before above medicines) Serum Chol.                235 mg/dl Serum Triglyceride           123 mg/dl S. HDL                     36 mg/dl S. LDL                     174.4 mg/dl S. VLDL                     24.6 mg/dl Total Chol /HDL           6.5278 LDL Chol / HDL                4.8444
