What Can Be The Reason For Headache, Constipation And Acid Reflex?

I am a 36 year old female. I became sick 3 years ago while traveling in Ecuador and Peru. Leading up to the trip and during the trip I was taking antibiotics for acne (no cyclins - I am allergic). I was eating local foods and living with a family. I was first sick about 3 days after about 15 tick bites in Ecuador and eating ceviche. It felt like I had the flu or food poisoning. I passed out a few times, was taken to the ER, and was given fluids and anti-emetics. I felt better the following day. About 1 month later, after eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables throughout the month in Ecuador, I began having bloating, cramping, and very smelly diarrhea with lots of mucus. I had this for about 3 weeks. I tested positive for Blasto in a 1 day stool collection. I was treated with Flagyl for 10 days. My sx s improved slightly, but I began having lots of constipation and bloating for several months. I stopped having my period (it has now been 3 years since I had a period). After about 6 months I began having constant acid reflux, extreme stomach pain, nausea, and more constipation. On labs I had elevated LFTs, low WBC, elevated eosonophils, and low RBC. I began having carpal tunnel like sx s and some neuropathy in my hands and feet. I began having difficulty sleeping. My energy was very low. I have been to several MD s and specialists. I have had several tests all negative - CT scan of abd, gastric emptying study, EGD x 2 (1st showed severe esophagitis, 2nd neg), colonoscopy, swallow study). I am now taking betain HCl with meals, which help with digestion, herbs for adrenal support, vits for mitochondrial support (CoQ10, D-ribose, Mg, L-carnitine), and supps to help with sleep (5_HTP, valerian). My energy is better, but I still have the GI problems, low WBC, low RBC, some mild headaches, some neuropathy in hand and feet (general numbness differs from month to month on where it is in my feet; however wrist pain severity varies from day to day) and sleep disturbances. In the last few days I started having a weird sensation in the tip of my nose like I have a hair on there that I need to brush off. It almost feels as if something is crawling in it. I am able to work and still remain relatively active. I have this feeling that I have a parasite from S. America that nobody has been able to figure out. Any thoughts? Thank you.
