What Can Cause Body Ache, Headaches And Sore Skin?

My whole body is aching and its the third day now.
It all started with my arms and shoulders on that day and a headache afterwards. the headache was only for that day but until today i feel pain all over and wen i wash my body its even more painful and the outside skin is also sore. i suspect someone could have poisoned my food .. . please help
