What Can Cause Cramping,nausea And Fatigue Post IUD Removal?

Hi, I had my IUD removed on December 2nd and I had a period starting on December 3-9th. However, I m still having some cramping. I m also experiencing nausea and tiredness. I don t believe I m pregnant that quick, so could it be my body detoxing from the IUD?
