Hi. I had pain in the left ovary thatbthe doctor said may he caused by hormonal imbalance but now im exhibiting pregnancy symptoms, headaches cramping sour taste in mouth. I had what I think was my period last week, hcg came negative. What could be the cause of the symptoms?
