What Cause Red Mark And Pain On The Needle Point Of IV?
About three weeks ago i was taken into the emergency room. They inserted an IV into my arm. The spot where the IV was inserted is still red and tender. Also, about 2.5 inches away from the insertion spot of the IV, the vein that the IV was inserted into is bruised and hard. Is this normal?
