What Cause Wrinkles And Wars On Penis?

What is that that I have?
I had sex.with my boyfriend about a month and a walf.everything was normal untill this one day he told me that his dick was getting ugly like with wrinkles.and then he wanted to blame me but at that time I didnt have anything down there and I told him tht.....so about 3 days ago I started getting this small warts down there..i cant stop scratching them and the smell nasty..they are like little warts with some white thing on the top of them.they feel so bad..i dont know what to do
