What Causes 4 Round Bruise On Left & Right Arm?

I have 4 round bruises on my left arm and 2 on my right arm and they are about a size of a quarter and I went into the doctor 2 weeks ago because I have been vomiting bile and I didn't know if that had anything to do with these bruises because the doctor didn't say anything
