What Causes A Bump On The Head Of Penis?

I have a 1.5mm or less single raised hard bump that is shiny skin colored. It's on the rim of the head of my penis. Could this be a cyst or scar. I did have a small abrasion close if not at that location about a month or two ago. Any idea of what this could be?
