What Causes A Delayed Period After Undergoing Hysteroscopy And Laparoscopy?

Hi doc, am 34 yrs old. I did a fibroid surgery in 2006 which i discovered this year that it has affected my follopian tube and my womb. After getting married in 2012 i was unable to get pregnant i consulted a gyne who asked to to do hsg xray which reveal that my tubes are blocked and also the womb has gum together. Though before then after the ibroid sugery my period was not following as usual angd i went back to see doc who did another sugery called heteroscopy for me to seperate the womb but yet its not working. So after my wedding i consulted another gyne in teaching hospital and they carried out another two sugery called laparascopy and heteroscopy in january this yr but i was tod that laparascopy was not successful because my tubes are gum together with other organs in my body which will be very risky to do. After three months I remove what they use to seperate my womb in april 28 and since then have not seen my period my last period was april 22 2014 and i always having cramps and back pain as if my period want to come. I done preg test several times its negative what is going on with me. Thank u
