What Causes A Delayed Period And Cramps?

i have been having cramps for about two weeks. my period is now 5 days late and i am experiencing sore nipples, diarrhea, stomach pain and cramps. i took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. could i still be pregnant, what is wrong with me?
