What Causes A Delayed Period With Negative Pregnancy Test?

i am 4 days late for my period and have cramping in lower right abdomen some nausea and feeling tired. I do have mild sensitivity in sides of my breasts but not as bad as when i am waiting for my menses. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests and they have both been negative.
