What Causes A Fleshy Discharge With Cramps After The Menstruation?

I am a virgin , and 26 years old, I have been using spironolactone 100 with cyprotrone coumpound for sometime( because of hirsutism), and stopped it for a month or so, now few days after my period, I took spironolactone 100 for a day(without cyprotrone coumpound on 28th of July at night) and at Friday night I had some cuddling with my boyfriend, without any direct touching( I mean clothes on),after that, I had some ache in my legs like when I am period, at the morning I saw a little pink drop, and in the afternoon I have realised a pinkish fleshy thing about half a centimeter with some light pinkish blood, and now in the evening I am having some pain in my lower part of stomache, and also my beneath is somehow hot. I am concerned about this, have I lost my hymen? I am really concerned as I belong to a muslim and religious family.
