What Causes A Flushed Face In A Breastfeeding Woman?

I feel fine- not too hot, I don't feel dizzy or anything weird. My face just is beet red- my cheeks and forehead are very flushed. I don't have a fever, but they do feel warm to the touch. I haven't eaten anything strange today. I am a breastfeeding mom to an almost 4 month old. Could it be somehow hormone related?
