What Causes A Foul Smell From My Prepuce Area?

I am Olsen, 25 male.
from past few days i am experiencing some sort of fowl smell from my prepuce area...been thinking it may b of UTI. after urination one drop of urine is remained out, and while sitting in chair at workplace in the nxt moment its(urine drop) been coming out.
