What Causes A Greenish Odorless Discharge After C-section?

Its been 5 months since i have birth via emergency c-sections and since i stopped bleeding 5 weeks after birth i started getting greenish clear stringy discharge, at my 6 week pp checkup i mentioned this my doctor and she said as i am not getting any itchyness or because the discharge is orderless then there isn't nothing to worry about. Well i am still getting this weird discharge, its still orderless and i have been getting some stomach aches these last view days but i think it could be my c-section playing up. Is this something to worry about?
