What Causes A Light Period,nausea And Body Ache?

For the last few days I have been feeling sick most the day and had a sore head most the day as well. My body has been really sore aswell. Also felt really tired. My periods started 3 days early and only last 4 days and were also very light this was last week dunno if this could have something to do with it.
