What Causes A Lump And Pain In Skin Tissue Removal Site?

I had skin tissue removed from my right thigh to use for a posterior fossa decompression brain surgery so my Neurosurgeon used my own tissue when he opened my dura. Now, I've got a huge lump near the incision and it's getting bigger and ALOT more painful. What could this be?
