I'm a 27 year old male that is 6'7 and weighs 300 pounds and am currently on no medications. I found a lump in the excess skin under the head of my penis on the left side. It's oval in shape and is skin colored. Doesn't affect erections or sex. Not painful to the touch. Almost feels like floating cartilidge. The previous night I had an extended sex session but don't renember anything feeling like it had broke or ruptured. Any ideas?
