What Causes A Pimple On Head Which Bleed Occasionally?

i notice a pimple on my right back my head then one day i notice it's bleeding without any cause i didn't even touch it.then it stop several hours.then for two months it bleed occasionally but i notice it getting more blood each day when it bleed.why is that?
