What Causes A Prolonged Menstrual Cycle?

I have been on Lisinopril since February. I missed Feb. and March menstrual periods. Started April 1, but very mild, which is different for me. Now I have been bleeding since then, almost 20 days, and it is quite a bit during sex. Wondering if the Lisinopril causes this??
