What Causes A Rash On The Labia Majora?

recently i was perfectly fine, until one afternoon i used a brand of wipes that i have never used before exactly after i peed, i used the wipe and then one minute later i began itching. my labia minora began to itch so bad and then the entrance to my vagina as well i kept on scratching it until it got really swollen. then the next two days the swelling went down then i started feeling a burning sensation near vaginal entrance as well as my clitoris. then the day after i noticed some milky discharge which does not smell bad at all. now my labia minora is all dry and cracked and scaly and i also notice a slight rash on the outer lips the labia majora. what is this i need an answer.
