What Causes A Red Blotch?
for a couple of years now i have randomly had a red blotch appear on my upper right bicep that is flat to the skin, no irritation or bumps, and is not hot, flaky, or itchy. it comes and goes but mostly when my body temp is high or if i am sick.. what could it be? anything to be worried about?
