What Causes A Redness,itching And Burning Around The Nose ?

For the past 2 weeks I started getting really red around my nose with itching and burning, I went to the doctors
And they thought it was an infection so they put me on a oral antibiotic and cream, then my cheeks and forehead started to get really red and sensitive hot to the touch with some peeling skin! So I went to a dermetologist were they treated me with a oral pill for inflammation thinking it was a rash. I have completed all the medicine and nothing has gotten better! What could it be I want my face back to normal:(
