What Causes A Tiny Blister Like Bump On Palm?

I have a small cluster of tiny blister-like bumps on my palm. They do not raise the skin though, almost as if they are growing downward deeper into my hand. They are painful, and almost seem to be infected. They are small, have a tiny white center within the palm, and the surrounding area is red. I have no idea what caused this and have no known allergies or skin conditions, so I was curious if this was something unrelated like a spider bite, or some other kind of reaction. It would be great if I could get some help with this.
