What Causes A Wet Tissue Discharge And Burning Sensation While Urinating?

I am experiencing a clumpy, 'wet tissue like' discharge with a smell that's hard to describe almost sour and there is no itching, but does burn when I pee. I have taken Diflucan that was prescribed by my gyno and used monistat several times and nothing seems to work. I was recently laid off from my job and my health insurance runs out Monday. I am at my wits end. I have had this before and the antibiotic that seemed to work was cipro and I am not sure why. Please help.
