What Causes Abdominal Pain And Light Brown Period After Accident?

hi okay so i have a long story but very concerned. last time i had unprotected sex was on aug. 29th had a car wreck on sep. 2nd. very bad car wreck. i recieved my period a few days late. it began on the 14th and ended on the 19th. wasnt as heavy as normal but i figured seeing i got into a wreck it could have screwed me up a tad.. okay anyway my question is i have had alot of upper pains. like not in your abdomin its actually higher up kinda by ribs. then last night it became worse with softn stools... i began a light heavy discharge only once when i wiped. i then woke up this morning with this weird purplish light kinda brown discharge (kinda like a light period but not) its very noticeable but not very heavy. have had it for a few hours now. just woundering if it could be something from my wreck maybe my whole lining didnt desolve or if you knew what else it could be.. thanks
