What Causes Abdominal Pain And Sores In Vagina?

hi. last month i had a 2-week PID treatment. When I finished the medication, i still sufferred from abdominal pain, so I went back to the hospital. There were series of test and finally after several hours , the doctor told me that my blood test result is very clear. But i dont understand why i do still feel pain. In that case, the doctor prescribed me medicines and I took them for a week. However,just right after my menstruation the following month, i got sores in my vagina, it was painful when i urinate. There was also a foul smell. I'm very worried thinking that the infection is still untreated. Please help . What shall I do?
