What Causes Abdominal Pain When Suffering From Polysistic Ovaries?

my sister is 39 years old she has polysistic ovarys but has gone on to have a baby who is now 4 years old everything was fine til he was a year old she had a pain that started in her side of her abdominam and now three years on it has spread to her overys womb and lower part of her stomach she has had a camera ultrasound taken there antidepressants cause they were sure it was anxiety related shes certain its something serious and would like a ct scan because the docs cant find anything they think shes being nurotic she has a boy to look after and has now had to take time out of her job so she can concentrate on finding answers it keeps her awake at night what if it is something undetected just because she doesnt have all the symptoms relating to something serious doesnt mean it cant b does it ?ur help and advice would be much appreciated and benificial
