What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Discharge After Using Canestan Pessary?

I have used Canestan pessary 3 times in the last 6 months, the last one being 6 days ago. Since than I have had an increased and abnormal vaginal discharge, liquidy, like clear milk. No itching, no redness, no swelling, but it is constant. I have to change underwear often.
Should I be concerned? Thanks.
