What Causes Acidic Urine Smell With Whitish Vaginal Discharge?

My urine smells kind of acidic and also I have a vaginal discharge that is kind of whitish and it makes my clitoris itch. I have used monistat, and it did not do any good, so it can't be a yeast infiection. Could it be some kind of sexually transmitted disease?
