What Causes Acne, Irregular Menstruation And Sinusitis?

Hello,
I have generally always been in good to average health with almost no acne all my life. However, approximately 6 months ago I started having acne problems (not red puss filled pimples but small skin-colored bumps), irregular menstruation and I was diagnosed with severe sinus disease/chronic sinusitis. Is there any way these three can be related or can they be symptoms of a bigger problem?
