What Causes Bad Headache After Sleep?

im 33yr old woman,am very active and have never slept fr more than 5 hrs at a stretch my whole life..iv never had any serious illness perhaps cold once in 3 yrs,i had 2 very active very normal pregnancies after which i had copper t pplaced,i had frquent n excessive periods fr a whole yr n no wfrm the last 6 mnths i have this constant dull ache in my lower back ...it sometimes is related to premenstrual time.....im healthy n not over weight in good shape infact...im seriously disturbed because he whole of my life ivnever even had a bad headache n this ache is intolerable,could this be related to coper t
