What Causes Bald Spot In My Vaginal Area On Right Side?

I have a bald spot in my vaginal area on the right side. I am wondering why the hair has stopped growing. I am 40 years old. I weigh 158lbs. My height is 5.8. I have pain on the right side of my body right above the bald spot and next to it in the groin area. This pain has been diagnosed as degenerative disc disease. I was also told that my ovary on the right side is enlarged.
