What Causes Bleeding After Removal Of Fibroids From The Uterus?

i had a fibroid removal surgery on april 9th, doctor removed 4 fibroids n saved my uterus. However i have still bleeding and this thing is bothering me that why bleeding is not yet stopped. initially doctor gave me denocrine but i feel it didnt work out i use 1 or some time 1 - 1\2 paid daily and urine burning with bleeding. Therefore i talked to my doctor she said discontinue denocrine and wait and see. As you can see 1 month had been passed but bleeding or spotting are still there pls advice what could be done in this situation.
