What Causes Bleeding During Urination?

Hi. I get my period every 24 to 26 days. Today is the 28 day and I started with light light brown spotting before I went to sleep. I woke up to a bit more bleeding but it was orange red and slimy. I put a tampon and went back to sleep. Once I woke up I took it out and there was a very little bit of brown and red orange blood on it. I have now put a pad on I am bleeding very light in the pad but when I pee more come out but it is a lot more slimy and red orange. What's going on?
