What Causes Blister Under The Foot?

hey im 14 and i was just wondering what wrong with my blister, yes ter i was walking around my house on felt somthing weired on my foot i sat down and noticed i had this thing on the bottom of my foot it looks like a really big blister, but the thing is it has white little bits floating in it. should i get it sheck? do you know what it is? or whats wrong with it.
