What Causes Blisters On Chest And Arms?
when i have gone to the beach barley getting into the ocean i end up getting a rash on my upper chest and arms.
The rash is a cluster of small blisters that makes my skin feel tight. i only get this when i go to the ocean. Do you know what i have and how to stop it from happening?
