What Causes Blisters Or Sores On Upper Part Of Vagina?

hello!
i went to papsmears 6 months ago and my dr says i have infections.i was too shy to ask what is infection that i got.she asked me to wait for few days to get a result i dont know for what.having AIDs or what...does it mean i have STD? what type of STD i got? i showed her i got blisters or sores? on the upper part of my vagina where the hair grows.
she said maybe from shaving but i have not been shaving for a long time now but i got the blisters more.its disgusting coz i have to pop it so the inflammatory will come out.after that it leaves scars :(
its growing and i dont know what to do...what do u think i have? can i get the scars go away by any surgery? coz it really affects my whole life.im 29 years old and i am so scared to have a boy friend.i have had boyfriends but when i get the scars from popping the bliters, i stopped dating my boy friend.

please help!!!
