What Causes Blocking In The Entrance Of Vagina?

hello i think i had thrush cos my husband had a rash at the tip of his penis and we both were itchy, i didnt have thrush for a very long time. I used the canestan pessary and the cream but still have a inflamed red swollen vulva and its been about 4+days.my husbands symptoms have gone already. my main concern is that my vigina seems to have some sort of rough thingy blocking the entrance(like a tiny hanging tip which has never been there before. i was in the bath and used my hands to wash myself when i felt a very swollen vulva and i thought that the pessary was comming out but it wasnt the pessarry it was actuelly me,ive never seen and felt that before and my husband had alook and said that there was always just a clear entrance into the vigina.also i did not have any chalky bits comming out while using the pessay as the leaflet said i will experienc. we are currently been trying for about 10mths for our second child. pls help.
