What Causes Blood In Penis During Ejaculation?

good day..,



I have the same problem. i have a running nose, cough with hot body temperature but I don’t feel any fever.., my partner and I had a sex and she lay on top of me putting a little discomfort with my penis. While having sex during ejaculation I felt a razor blade pain and when I check my condom there is blood with my semen but no blood during urine. Next morning I notice some blood spot on my underwear.



Is this due to my hot body temperature? Since my penis is also hot by that time or

Due to my partner laying to my penis that me putting a little discomfort or

Due to the condom I used? It’s the first time I used that brand of condom



Can you help me with my condition?
