What Causes Bloody Discharge And Stomach Cramps After Taking Birth Control Pills?

Hey! I was given birth control and was told I could take it a couple days before my period started to push it back because I had prom coming up. Unfortunately, I got my period the day of prom but it was wicked light so it didn t bother me much. About 4 days go by then I started spotting which lasted about a week. Now, I m getting really bad cramps and like bloody discharge and whenever I wipe it s like a peach color liquid. What s wrong with me?
