What Causes Blotchy Skin On Body After Taking Paracetamol For Fever?

Over the course of today, my skin has developed an all-over blotchiness - it is not raised or sore, ubt definitely not my usual skin colour! I was a bit feverish over the weekend, and have taken paracetamol to relieve symptoms - could these be related?
